One or more features are not working properly or SSPro seems to be missing.
It may be that some other third-party security related software installed on the machine has interfered with SSPro. You will want to go over the log files of any such program to see if this is the case. Often such programs provide their users with the ability to "restore" any files it has removed and/or make an "exclusion" for SSPro so that you won't have the same issue in the future.
