Q: Some information doesn’t seem to be recording. Why?

A: Many issues are resolved by keeping your computer up-to-date with the latest Windows updates. Additionally, be sure to have the latest versions of the programs you want recorded. This includes the Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari and Opera web browsers.

Finally, we also recommend that you visit our site periodically to make sure you running the latest updated release of SSPro as we often update the product to provide support for newer versions of the programs mentioned above.
