Q: I receive a 404 error message during the installation process.
A: SSPro is available as both an "Internet/Online" and a "Network/Offline" installation. The "Internet" installation option requires an ongoing Internet connection to complete the installation and typically results in a faster install. The "Network" installation option is a larger file and takes longer to download however it does not require an Internet connection to complete the installation once the file is downloaded.
It may be that your firewall or antivirus is blocking the "Internet" type installation or that your "Internet" based installation file is out-of-date. We suggest you download the "Network" installation file and run that.
