Requirements for network based monitoring:

Central disk location with write permision to receive log files and screen snapshots.

(SSPro does not support Netscape prior to version 8.0)

To receive and send email alerts and screen snapshots users must have an active SMTP and POP3 mail account. XP Service Pack 2 users should be aware that firewall settings may need to be adjusted for email features to function properly.
