Many issues are resolved by keeping your computer up-to-date with the latest Windows updates. Additionally, be sure to have the latest versions of the programs you want recorded installed. This includes AOLtm, AIMtm Instant Messenger, MSNtm Messenger, Yahootm Messenger, ICQtm and Internet Explorer.

  • Version of SSPro installed
  • Operating System Version (Windows 8, 7, Vista, XP, Windows Server 2012, 2008, 2003)
  • Browser type & version (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari, etc.)
  • Chat program(s) used (if related to issue)
